Coordinate with hiring agencies and freelance talent partners

Screen profiles schedule interviews and assist in onboarding

Design and improve onboarding and induction processes

Maintain employee records and documentation
2. Culture & Team Engagement

Build and maintain a positive agency culture

Plan team engagement activities offsites and celebrations

Act as a bridge between management and employees

Address team concerns and maintain a healthy work environment

Ensure performance review processes are followed
3. Admin & Operations

Oversee day-to-day office administration
-
Maintain vendor database and negotiate with service providers

Coordinate with office vendors IT support housekeeping and facility partners
-
Manage office supplies subscriptions and renewals
-
Ensure compliance with company policies
4. Attendance & Payroll Support

Track attendance and leave records
-
Maintain timesheets and work hour records

Coordinate payroll inputs with finance team

Ensure policy adherence across teams
5. Process & Policy Management
