Years of experience:

8 years of Experience in

Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in Business Intelligence Data Warehousing or Analytics roles.

Minimum of 3 years of experience managing a BI Development team or leading BI projects with direct reports.

Proven experience working within the US Healthcare Domain developing reports on clinical financial or operational data from EHR/EMR systems (e.g. Epic Cerner).

Experience managing a team in a fast-paced environment. Previous experience in software development or technical project management.

Deep expertise in at least one enterprise-level BI visualization tool (Tableau Microsoft Power BI or QlikView/Qlik Sense).

Advanced proficiency in SQL and performance tuning of complex queries against large-scale data warehouses (e.g. Snowflake Redshift Azure Synapse).

Strong practical understanding of dimensional data modeling (Kimball methodology).

Experience with ETL/data pipeline concepts and tools to understand the data source flow.

Strong troubleshooting skills for diagnosing network issues and performance bottlenecks.

Excellent leadership communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a high-pressure environment.

Familiarity with Python/R for advanced analytics or predictive modeling.
