Profile :- Sales Manager
We are seeking a highly driven and strategic International Sales Manager to lead our
sales operations across West India. This role will focus on expanding our footprint in
process plants for the chemical food and pharmaceutical industries with
specialization in mixers and homogenizers. The ideal candidate is not just a sales
expert but also a team builder and market developer capable of setting up strong
international networks while building a high-performance domestic sales team.
Key Responsibilities
Build brand presence internationally through exhibitions trade shows and
customer engagements.
Negotiate large-scale contracts and oversee multi-country business
development initiatives.
Domestic Sales (West India Focus)
Lead direct sales and client development in Maharashtra Gujarat and
surrounding regions.
Cultivate strong relationships with key accounts in chemicals food and
pharmaceuticals.
Identify domestic growth opportunities track competitor activities and drive
market share expansion.
Support clients with technical solutions plant visits and post-sales
follow-up.
Team Leadership & Development
Build mentor and lead a sales team (international & domestic) aligned with
company objectives.
Set KPIs monitor performance and drive accountability for sales targets.
Foster a collaborative and high-performance culture emphasizing
solution-based selling.
Provide training and support for sales engineers and regional
