Job Description:
1. Project Logistics Support:
- Material Coordination: Coordinate the movement of project materials meters and accessories from the warehouse/vendors to project sites.
- Documentation: Manage waybills delivery challans and gate passes to ensure smooth transit of goods.
- Liaison: Act as the point of contact between the project site teams and the transport vendors to ensure timely delivery of equipment.
- Asset Tracking: Monitor the location and condition of project-related tools and machinery.
2. HRMS & People Management (Zoho):
- Digital Administration: Mandatory management of Zoho People (or equivalent HRMS). Ensure all employee records leaves and assets are updated digitally.
- Confidentiality: Maintain absolute secrecy regarding management decisions payroll data and sensitive project information.
3. Payroll & Performance Reporting:
- Monthly Reporting: Enforce a strict deadline for all staff to submit monthly activity reports.
- Salary Disbursement: Salaries will only be processed after the verification of these reports. You will be responsible for cross-checking reports against attendance logs in the HRMS.
4. Statutory Compliance & Admin:
- Compliance: Handle all PF ESIC and Professional Tax filings accurately.
- Office Operations: Oversee facility maintenance security and vendor payments.
