We have a customer in Wickenburg AZ who has an immediate long-term DIRECT HIRE opening for a Junior Mechanical Design Engineer. If you or any of your colleagues are interested in this position please click APPLY NOW.

In this role you will work as a Design Engineer and Product owner for several lines of heavy road maintenance equipment. Specifically you will use SOLIDWORKS to improve equipment through continuous improvement and cost reduction techniques as well as being directly involved in improving machining welding and assemblies and more.

This is a long-term DIRECT HIRE opportunity and must be worked at company facility in Wickenburg AZ

Company does have a 4 day/10 hour Monday-Thursday work schedule

Salary is in the 90K-110K range with relocation bonus as needed

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

BSME or similar 2 years plus in Mechanical Design and Engineering
Must have strong background using SOLIDWORKS
Experience with heavy equipment hydraulics welded assemblies and similar a plus
Experience with machining and welding processes a plus strong project management skills
