As a Dyson Store Manager you will be fully accountable for the performance culture and compliance of your store. Youll lead a high-performing team champion a premium customer experience and ensure the store is a beacon of Dyson innovation. You will motivate and develop your team deliver inspiring product demonstrations and uphold the highest standards of operational excellence and health and safety.
Key Responsibilities
Manage all aspects of store operations from sales performance and compliance to health and safety.
Lead motivate and develop your team fostering a supportive feedback-driven and inclusive environment.
Create standout customer experiences through exceptional service and hands-on product demonstrations.
Proactively build lasting customer relationships and drive brand loyalty
Ensure that we have the right level of service and drive an audience first approach by enhancing personalization VIP experiences and new propositions
Oversee inventory visual merchandising scheduling and all compliance requirements.
Stay ahead of Dyson product innovations sharing new knowledge and best practices with your team.
Monitor and report on KPIs translating insights into actions.
Represent Dyson as a brand ambassador locally and within relevant forums.
Cultivate excellence in Dysons Beauty Lab (where applicable) for outstanding styling experiences.
Minimum 5 years experience in customer-facing sales and team management roles.
Skilled in store operations inventory management compliance and reporting.
Passionate about delivering best-in-class customer experiences and developing team talent.
Experience in retail marketing event planning and analytical reporting.
Strong organizational multitasking and hands-on leadership abilities.
Diplomatic adaptable motivating with proven project management skills and attention to detail.
Proficient in MS Office; SAP knowledge is a plus.
