About the role

This role contributes to the success of theCitybyequipping the Parking &Information Officers with the necessary skills to ensure a high standard of performance and customer service.

Role accountabilities include:

  • Assess anddeterminethe training needs of individual employees and/or teams.
  • Monitor evaluate and review the effectiveness of training and development programs and activities.
  • Review and maintainall operating procedures for Parking Operations and update as.

About you

Parking Services is looking for aknowledgeable and capableParkingTraining Officer who understandstheParking Services environment and the importance ofdeliveringconsistent highquality training.

The ideal candidate willbring the ability to assess the training needs of both individuals andteams andconfidently deliverand refine learning programs that supporttheteamsoperational goals.

A Certificate IV in Training and Assessment or the ability to work towards obtaining the qualification ishighlyfavourable. As this role could be delivering training atmultiplesitesacross the citya current Driver Licenceis mandatory.
