As a Customer Experience Officer you will serve as the customers primary point of contact and own customer issues from start to this role you will join our team of customer service superstars to help deliver world class customer experiences. You will provide information and solve problems for our members and visitors. You will regularlybe requiredto think on your feet and have a can-do attitude to deliver solutions at a fast a consistently welcoming and professional customer experience by:Listening actively acknowledging concerns and communicating clearlyTaking ownership of enquiries and following through to resolution using a solutions-focused approach to customer needs and issuesTreating every request with care urgency and attention to detailProviding patient thorough support to ensure positive outcomesBuilding rapport and helping to create a warm inclusive environment for all stakeholders (patrons visitors members sports partners tenants etc.)This role ispart time with a minimum of20hours per for each role isrequiredas we work to a rotating 7-day roster Shifts will include early morningsmiddayand late nights across weekends and Public Holidays.
