Senior Director of Product Marketing

In this role you will work side-by-side with Product Sales Marketing and Operations to bring new products to market which are core to restaurants operations. As the Head of Product Marketing you lead a team to identify market opportunities drive sales and help SpotOn operationalize & capitalize on new and existing features. You will lead a team of PMMs who care deeply about our mission and our customers. And youll have the unique opportunity to collaborate across the organization with a high degree of ownership accountability and visibility to senior leaders in the company.

Essential Functions:

  • Lead cultivate and grow a team of Product Marketers.
  • Work closely with Product Engineering and Sales leadership to define and validate product market fit market sizing and ideal customer profiles for product launches and sales direction.
  • Find ways to scale the impact of PMM and Go-To-Market teams leveraging new technologies.
  • Partner with Go-To-Market and Operations colleagues to drive cross-functional cross-channel efforts and campaigns to meet the growth objectives associated with product initiatives.
  • Own market & opportunity sizing product positioning and messaging to better drive acquisitions and adoption from our customers.
  • Work with Brand & Content teams to support the development of marketing assets & content to support product awareness customer acquisition and engagement goals.
  • Partner with the data team to analyze product usage and adoption in order to identify areas of opportunity and make product and rollout recommendations.
  • Understand market and competitor trends to drive marketing and sales strategies.
  • Build deep positive relationships across the organization with the ability to drive cross-functional team projects.

Compensation:

  • Our base pay range starts at $180000 -$240000 for this role
  • Please note the salary range listed is just one component of a competitive compensation package which includes a company stock plan
  • Offers will be reflective of the candidates location and experience.
