Position Summary
The Clinical Director provides clinical leadership supervision and oversight of counseling services at MSC Family Restoration Center. This role is responsible for maintaining high standards of clinical quality supporting licensed and pre-licensed clinicians and ensuring compliance with Colorado regulatory requirements and insurance payer standards.
This position requires maintaining an active and unrestricted Colorado professional license. The Clinical Director will be credentialed with applicable insurance panels and is expected to use their license to support clinical services supervision and insurance billing on behalf of the organization consistent with organizational needs and payer requirements.

Clinical Leadership & Oversight
Provide clinical supervision to licensed and pre-licensed counselors including LPCCs LPCs MFTs and interns.
Ensure compliance with DORA supervision requirements.
Oversee clinical documentation standards case consultation and quality assurance.
Support ethical practice consistent with Colorado regulations and professional licensing standards.
Maintain compliance with insurance billing requirements and credentialing expectations.
Team Development & Culture
Support staff development through mentorship coaching and professional guidance.
Promote collaboration accountability and clinical excellence.
Foster a supportive faith-centered team environment.
Integrate Christian faith principles into counseling practice when requested by clients.
Administrative & Operational Support
Assist in developing clinical policies procedures and best practices.
Participate in leadership meetings and strategic planning as needed.
Support insurance paneling and supervisory billing processes.
Maintain appropriate clinical caseload as determined by organizational needs.
Supervisory Responsibilities
This position supervises clinical staff including:
LPCCs
LPCs
MFTs
Clinical Interns
Required Qualifications
Masters degree in Counseling Social Work or related mental health field.
Active and unrestricted Colorado LPC or LCSW license.
Qualified under Colorado DORA requirements to provide clinical supervision.
Three to five years of relevant clinical experience.
Experience providing supervision to licensed or pre-licensed clinicians.
Willingness to be credentialed with insurance panels and utilize license for billing and supervision.
Strong leadership communication and organizational skills.
Commitment to Christian faith and willingness to integrate faith into sessions upon client request.
Authorization to work in the United States.
Preferred Qualifications
Prior experience in a clinical leadership or director-level role.
Experience with insurance credentialing and supervisory billing.
Experience working in faith-based counseling settings.
Work Environment & Physical Requirements
Hybrid position (in-person and remote).
Office-based environment in Colorado Springs.
Primarily sedentary role with minimal physical requirements typical of an office setting.
No regular travel required.
Relocation assistance is not provided for this position.
Compensation & Benefits
$38.00$40.00 per hour (Non-Exempt)
Part-time 2025 hours per week
