We partner with OEMs Tier-1 suppliers and technology companies to deliver scalable and technically robust engineering solutions.

Position Summary

We are seeking a results-driven Business Development Manager to expand our client base strengthen strategic relationships and drive revenue growth across our core engineering service offerings. The ideal candidate will have a strong industry network a consultative sales mindset and experience selling engineering services or technical solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify target and develop new business opportunities within Automotive EV/HEV Aerospace Bus & Truck Theme Park and related sectors

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with OEMs Tier-1 suppliers and engineering leaders

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet revenue and growth targets

  • Lead client meetings capability presentations and proposal discussions

  • Collaborate with technical teams to develop tailored solutions and competitive proposals

  • Manage the full sales cycle: prospecting qualification proposal negotiation closure

  • Track pipeline forecasts and key metrics using CRM tools

  • Represent InDepth at industry events conferences and networking forums


Requirements

Qualifications & Experience

  • 5 years of experience in business development technical sales or engineering consulting sales

  • Strong network within one or more of the following sectors: Automotive EV/HEV Aerospace Bus & Truck or Theme Park

  • Proven track record of achieving revenue targets

  • Strong negotiation communication and relationship-building skills

  • Self-motivated entrepreneurial mindset

Preferred Experience

  • Experience selling CAE design engineering validation or staffing services

  • Existing relationships with OEMs and Tier-1 suppliers

  • Familiarity with long sales cycles and program-based engineering engagements
