Position Summary
We are seeking an experienced Municipal Project Manager to lead civil infrastructure projects from concept through construction. This role is responsible for technical execution regulatory compliance client relations budget management and team leadership across water sewer stormwater roadway and site development projects.
Key Responsibilities

Direct the design and delivery of municipal water sewer stormwater roadway and site development projects

Prepare feasibility studies basis of design reports and final construction documents

Act as the primary client liaison including contract negotiations and relationship management

Develop and oversee project budgets schedules and work plans
-
Coordinate with contractors subconsultants and regulatory agencies

Ensure quality assurance/quality control and technical accuracy of all deliverables
-
Mentor and supervise engineers EITs and CAD staff

Support proposal development and business growth initiatives
Required Qualifications
-
Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering
-
Arizona Professional Engineer (PE) license or ability to obtain within 6 months

8 years of progressive civil engineering experience including at least 3 years managing municipal infrastructure projects

Strong background in water sewer stormwater and roadway design

Proficiency with Civil3D HEC-HMS HEC-RAS SWMM WaterCAD SewerCAD and StormCAD
-
In-depth knowledge of municipal codes and MAG standards

Demonstrated ability to manage budgets schedules and multiple concurrent projects

Excellent technical writing and client communication skills
