As a Restaurant Manager you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our establishment providing exceptional customer service and leading our dedicated team. Responsibilities
- Oversee daily restaurant operations and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Manage staff including hiring training and scheduling
- Provide exceptional customer service and address guest inquiries and complaints
- Monitor inventory levels and manage ordering supplies as needed
- Ensure the restaurant is clean and well-maintained at all times
- Develop and implement strategies to improve sales and profitability
- Maintain financial records and assist with budget management
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate order preparation
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in hospitality management is a plus
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks
- Basic understanding of restaurant operations and management
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
- Team player with a positive attitude and strong leadership potential
- Experience in customer service or hospitality is preferred but not required
