Job Title: SAP SCM Resource Manager
Location: Remote (1020% travel to plants as needed in MA)
Duration: 6 months with strong possibility of extension
Rate: $70/hr. W2

Overview
We are seeking a hands-on SAP Resource Manager to manage capacity planning resource allocation and project staffing across manufacturing and supply chain functions. You will use Wrike and SAP S/4HANA to align workforce and machine capacity with production schedules and demand plans.

Description

Plan and manage resource capacity across teams plants and production lines
Translate SAP data into staffing and shift plans
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to align resources with demand
Run resource reviews resolve conflicts and support project timelines
Track utilization and performance metrics; generate reports (Excel Power BI)
Identify bottlenecks and drive solutions
Improve processes and train teams on tools and best practices

Requirements

5 years in resource/capacity management (manufacturing or supply chain)
Strong experience with Wrike and SAP S/4HANA
Advanced Excel and reporting skills (Power BI preferred)
Strong communication and stakeholder management
Bachelors degree in relevant field

Preferred

Experience in consumer goods or process manufacturing
Knowledge of S&OP and production planning concepts
Experience with project/portfolio management
