The opportunity

As a Senior Consultant you will work alongside a team of professionals from diverse backgrounds contributing to the delivery of high-quality client services. Youll have the opportunity to work on projects across Digital Supply Chain Procurement Operational Excellence and Manufacturing Excellence. This role is based in Warrang (Sydney).

Your key responsibilities

• Lead and deliver workstreams within complex supply chain procurement and operations engagements ensuring high-quality outcomes adherence to EY methodologies and proactive management of delivery risks.
• Conduct operational diagnostics data analysis and modelling across supply chain planning logistics procurement asset management digital and operational excellence translating findings into clear client-ready insights and recommendations.
• Partner with client stakeholders to design validate and implement solutions facilitate workshops and develop executive-level presentations while building trusted client relationships and leveraging EYs global network.
• Coach and support junior team members contribute to a strong learning culture and support business development initiatives including proposals thought leadership and internal capability building.

Skills and attributes for success

• 2-5 years experience delivering Digital Supply Chain solutions such as Supply Chain IT platforms analytics and visualisation tools warehouse and transport management systems demand planning systems blockchain or automation/robotics technologies.
• Exposure to Procurement within complex large-scale organisational environmentsbeyond purely transactional activitieswith a focus on strategic sourcing and process optimisation.
• Demonstrated capability in Operational and Manufacturing Excellence including continuous improvement initiatives systems thinking and methodologies like Lean or Six Sigma in both operational and manufacturing contexts.
