This is a fully onsite position in our central London office supporting a modern workplace with highquality tech a demanding user base and regular interaction with VIP stakeholders.
What youll be doing
Be the person everyone trusts for great support
Youll deliver handson deskside support for everything from laptops and applications to meeting room kit and collaboration tools keeping our office running smoothly with minimal downtime.
- Troubleshoot hardware software and peripherals quickly and effectively
- Own prioritise and resolve issues following ITIL best practice
- Keep our meeting rooms AV equipment and collaboration tools fully operational
- Use modern AIpowered tools to diagnose issues create documentation and speed up resolutions
Make the employee experience seamless
Youll manage the full joiner/mover/leaver process setting people up for success and ensuring smooth transitions.
- IT inductions for new starters
- Account provisioning and access setup
- Laptop deployment relocation and secure decommissioning
Own our onsite IT environment
Youll be responsible for maintaining accurate asset records ensuring compliance with IT standards and protecting the integrity of our local technology setup.
- Hardware lifecycle management
- IT governance and security control adherence
- Asset tracking and documentation
Provide hightouch support to VIP stakeholders
When senior leaders or shareholders need help youll respond quickly discreetly and professionally delivering a reliable highquality service.
Drive digital transformation
Were modernising how our teams work and youll play a key role in helping people adopt new tools and smarter ways of working.
- Support the move from spreadsheets and legacy tools to SharePoint Online
- Create simple effective guides and training using AI
- Help teams embrace modern digital and AIdriven workflows
