Job Summary
Individuals interested in joining our team as an ASSISTANT DIRECTOR should possess strong communication skills and be able to work collaboratively and professionally with children parents and coworkers with the desire to build their career with a Minnesota-based growing company.
Salary starting at $50000 annually
Required Qualifications:
- Candidates must have a minimum of 2 years experience in a licensed early childhood setting.
- AA Degree in Early Childhood Education or related field is preferred.
- Meet Program Administrator qualifications for NAEYC accreditation.
- Knowledge of Rule 3 NAEYC SEEDS Ez-Write and Creative Curriculum

Meets or exceeds state qualifications for the listed position.
Has previous experience in Early Childhood Education or related field of work.
Must meet position qualification requirements as outlined by the state department guidelines.
Can satisfy the Applicant Background Study required by state regulations.
Can provide proof of identity and eligibility to legally work in the United States.
