About the position:
As a Senior Solution Engineer youll play a pivotal role in positioning AvePoint solutions for our customers by designing and delivering tailored solutions that address complex business challenges.
Leveraging your deep business and technicalexpertiseand strong consultative skills you will workclosely with customers the virtual account teams (VAT) and product specialists to understand requirements design solutions anddemonstratethe value of AvePoints offerings
As the technical lead for opportunities and key customersyoulldefine and drive the technical win strategy from start to finish; proactively uncovering customer challenges shaping solution approaches and moving the deal forward from a technical standpoint. You will be involved from discovery calls to delivering compelling technical presentations and demos to taking charge of proof-of-concept initiatives andprovidingexpert guidance throughout both pre-sales and post-sales phases.
Youlloperatewith a high-level of independenceand autonomy while collaborating closely with sales teams and senior technical leaders to ensure customers achieve outstanding results.

- Lead solution designandengineering activities across the sales cycle with a high degree of autonomy ensuringtechnical feasibilitythat aligns with the customersbusiness outcomes.
- LeadinwritingproposalsinresponsetoRFxstoshowcasehowtheAvePointproductlinecansatisfycustomerrequirements.
- Support go-to-market initiatives bydeveloping and delivering product demonstrations workshops white papersand thought leadership content.
What you bring
- Demonstrated experience in a customer-facing presalesortechnical consultingrolesproposing software solutions at all levels of a customer organisation.
- Ability to engage in strategic thinking tofacilitatedeal closureleveraginga blend of technicalexpertiseand a sales-oriented mindset.
- Confidence presenting to a range of audiences and the ability to lead conversations and carry meetings.
- Strong understanding of Microsoft 365 architecture components and configuration including areas such as Purview SharePoint and Teams.
- Familiarity with cloud ecosystems beyond Microsoft (e.g. Google Salesforce otherSaaSofferings).
- Ability to solve complex technical challenges independently and translate business needs into actionable technical designs.
Working model
- Hybrid: Attendance in the office at least 2 times per week.
- Availability during core working hours 8:30am5:30pm.
- Ability to travel with the needs of the role.
