TheHead of Solution Advisory APACis accountable for accelerating innovation-to-revenue by driving presales excellence across the Business Suite portfolio. The role elevateshow SAP shows up with customers in large deals and at flagship eventsensuring our Solution Advisory organisation consistently brings credible innovation compelling narratives and buyer-centricengagement to market.
As a core individual member of the APAC Customer Advisory leadership team this role is responsible for scaling a high-performingSolution Advisory organisation across the Asia Pacific region. It ensures SAP presents deep solution expertise consistent deal execution excellence and strong executive-levelstorytelling with particular focus on Business Suite and strategic Line of Business (LoB) priorities.
Working closely with Market Unit (MU) and Line of Business Customer Advisory leaders this role leads cross-functionalcollaboration and customer engagement to design and deliver flagship regional programs that lift capability across the field. These programs directly support SAPsSuiteFirstandAIFirststrategy.
The role bridges strategy presales excellence and executionuplifting how we engage customers ensuring access to the latest innovations equipping Solution Advisors with the right tools and training and leading by example as a visible spokesperson in major deals executive briefings and regional events.
Key Responsibilities
1. Scaling Deal Execution & Presales Excellence
Scale Business Suite narratives consistently across the region industries and Lines of Business.
Elevate presentation and storytelling capability by leading programs that develop our speakers into exceptional executive-gradepresenters.
Ensure the latest innovations transition rapidly from Product and SIX into credible field-readydemos customer stories and use cases.
Lead APACs certified speaker program building a high-calibre vetted squad of speakers deployable with confidence into high-valuedeals executive briefings major events and media engagements.
Actively engage in selected strategic sales opportunities and regional events to amplify impact and model best-in-classpresales engagement.
(GTM) & Demand Generation
Partner with Regional MU and LoB Demand Generation teams to ideate and execute solution-drivendemand generation programs.
Establish and embed consistent processes for pipeline conversion deal qualification and opportunity prioritisation.
Collaborate with SIX and Experience Centre teams to shape compelling outcome-drivencustomer experiences.
Vet curate and continuously improve demo environments scripts and flagship experiencesensuring they remain current relevant and aligned to real-worldmarket demand.
3. Operational Excellence & Governance
Contribute to and lead new processes that measurably improve pipeline conversion and deal velocity.
Set and enforce consistent standards for deal qualification boards across Market Units and Lines of Business.
Drive consistent high-qualityQuarterly Business Updates for Solution Advisory across APAC.
Establish clarity on strengths gaps and investment priorities across demos tools and presales assets informing future roadmap and enablement focus.
Experience & Qualifications
6 years experience as a Solution Advisor Presales Leader or equivalent customer-facingrole within enterprise software.
Strong understanding of SAPs Business Suite portfolio and how it is positioned in complex enterprise transformations.
Proven experienceoperatingin a highly matrixedmulticountryenvironment.
Demonstrated success driving revenue impact organisational change and capability development at scale.
Executive presence with the credibility to engage C-suitecustomers senior sales leadership and internal stakeholders.
