What youll be doing
As a Support Manager for the SSC team in Hungary youll lead Team Leads to deliver consistent high-quality customer support across multiple markets. Youll drive collaboration performance and strategic improvements while partnering closely with stakeholders to continuously elevate the support experience.
Day-to-day in this role youll:
- Scale the SSC support operation by forecasting demand planning hiring and evolving team structures across countries
- Lead hiring onboarding and integration of new team members as the organization grows
- Coach and support Team Leads fostering a strong performance and feedback culture
- Own performance management including KPIs adherance and goal-setting
- Use data and reporting to identify improvement opportunities and drive actionable insights
Our humble expectations
- 35 years of experience in customer support or service management including leadership roles
- Proven ability to lead motivate and develop high-performing teams
- Strong customer-first mindset with excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Ability to translate data and KPIs into clear actions and improvements
- Confident communicator with strong written and verbal presentation skills
- Fluency in English Hungarian is a plus
