As a Cluster People Operations Manager you provide HR support and expertise to the leadership and lead supervise and monitor all HR activities at the Hilton Garden Inn and Hampton by Hilton hotels ensuring a great brand-specific team member work experience.

Specifically you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:

  • Support the overall management of the hotels by establishing effective working relationships with other departments ensuring a high level of cross departmental collaboration
  • Provide and deliver first-class employee relations services to the hotel
  • Take ownership of delivering a culture on property that aligns with the brand
  • Ensure the payroll function including the payroll budgets and actuals is managed well and in line with local legal regulations
  • Control costs when possible and assist in meeting hotel/departmental financial targets
  • Manage succession planning with managers
  • Ensure recruitment and selection process is adhered to and ensure that appropriate immigration checks are carried out
  • Assure compliance with all training requirements for team members and ensure team members development
