Job Summary

We are looking for a new colleague for a project for the automotiver customer CARIAD.

Main tasks:

  • Create and maintain a review plan for every PI
  • Schedule and moderate regular review meetings
  • Prepare review pages document results and decisions in a structured and traceable way
  • Derive action items from reviews ensure follow-up and closure
  • Take care of review baselines
  • Keep track of deadlines and progress
  • Analyze processes identify gaps and derive focus topics
  • Provide regular status updates on quality process and improvement activities
  • Maintain Jira structures create overviews when needed
  • Improve existing processes through driving continuous improvement initiative
  • Support agile teams in compliance with established processes

Qualifications :

Required skills:

  • Experience in Business Process Documentation and Modeling
  • Experience in Quality Management
  • Confluence and Jira knowledge
  • Very good communication skills
  • German and English knowledge (min. B2 level)

Advantages:

  • Experience in Continuous improvement process
  • Stakeholder Management
  • Knowledge in ASPICE (Automotive SPICE)
  • Knowledge in SQL (Structured Query Language)
  • Experience with agile processes (Scrum structure testing..)
