Job Summary

JOB: HR Head
To manage and streamline the company’s human resource functions by ensuring accurate payroll processing fair and transparent appraisal systems effective performance management talent acquisition through hiring and campus interviews adherence to legal compliance implementation of training and development programs and fostering a positive and engaging workplace through event management.

Experience: 5 years in the IT industry and 2 years HR manager experience is a must.

Location: Katargam Surat (onsite) :

1. Payroll Management:

  • Manage end-to-end payroll process ensuring accuracy and timely disbursement of

    salaries.

  • Maintain employee attendance leave records and deductions.

  • Handle statutory compliances related to PF ESIC Gratuity and TDS.

2. Appraisal & Performance Review:

  • Design and manage appraisal cycles in coordination with department heads.

  • Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback frameworks.

  • Support managers in creating performance improvement plans.

3. Recruitment & Hiring:

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment: sourcing screening interviewing and onboarding.

  • Conduct campus interviews and build talent pipelines for fresh recruitment.

  • Coordinate with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements.

4. Legal Compliance:

  • Ensure compliance with labor laws employment acts and company policies.

  • Draft and maintain HR policies employee contracts and legal documents.

  • Liaise with government authorities and auditors for compliance matters.

5. Training & Development:

  • Identify skill gaps and design training programs.

  • Organize technical soft skills and leadership development sessions.

  • Monitor effectiveness of training through feedback and assessments.

6. Employee Engagement & Event Management:

  • Plan and execute employee engagement activities and cultural events.

  • Organize team-building initiatives celebrations and corporate social responsibility

    (CSR) activities.

  • Foster a positive workplace environment.

  • Proficiency in MS Office and HRMS tools.
