Position Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and strategic HR Business Partner (HRBP) & Talent Management Specialist to align people strategy with business objectives. This role will drive talent initiatives workforce planning and employee engagement while serving as a trusted advisor to leadership teams. The ideal candidate will combine strong business acumen with expertise in HR practices ensuring organizational growth and a high-performance culture.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic HR Partnership
- Act as a consultant to business leaders on workforce planning organizational design and talent strategy.
- Partner with leadership to identify capability gaps and design interventions to strengthen organizational effectiveness.
Talent Management
- Lead talent review processes succession planning and career development frameworks.
- Design and implement talent development programs to build leadership pipelines.
- Drive performance management processes ensuring fairness transparency and alignment with business goals.
Employee Engagement & Culture
- Champion initiatives that foster employee engagement inclusion and a positive workplace culture.
- Conduct employee listening sessions and pulse surveys to identify improvement areas.
HR Operations & Compliance
- Ensure compliance with labor laws company policies and industry regulations.
- Collaborate with HR Centers of Excellence (COEs) on compensation benefits and learning initiatives.
Change Management
- Support organizational transformation projects by managing communication training and stakeholder alignment.
- Act as a change agent to embed new behaviors and practices across teams.
Qualifications
- Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Business Administration or related field.
- 10–15 years of progressive HR experience with at least 3 years in a business partner or talent management role in any pharma/ biopharma company.
- Strong knowledge of HR practices talent development frameworks and performance management systems.
- Excellent stakeholder management communication and influencing skills.
- Experience in pharma/biotech or regulated industries preferred (adaptable to your context).
