Position Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and strategic HR Business Partner (HRBP) & Talent Management Specialist to align people strategy with business objectives. This role will drive talent initiatives workforce planning and employee engagement while serving as a trusted advisor to leadership teams. The ideal candidate will combine strong business acumen with expertise in HR practices ensuring organizational growth and a high-performance culture.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic HR Partnership

    • Act as a consultant to business leaders on workforce planning organizational design and talent strategy.
    • Partner with leadership to identify capability gaps and design interventions to strengthen organizational effectiveness.
  • Talent Management

    • Lead talent review processes succession planning and career development frameworks.
    • Design and implement talent development programs to build leadership pipelines.
    • Drive performance management processes ensuring fairness transparency and alignment with business goals.
  • Employee Engagement & Culture

    • Champion initiatives that foster employee engagement inclusion and a positive workplace culture.
    • Conduct employee listening sessions and pulse surveys to identify improvement areas.
  • HR Operations & Compliance

    • Ensure compliance with labor laws company policies and industry regulations.
    • Collaborate with HR Centers of Excellence (COEs) on compensation benefits and learning initiatives.
  • Change Management

    • Support organizational transformation projects by managing communication training and stakeholder alignment.
    • Act as a change agent to embed new behaviors and practices across teams.

Qualifications

  • Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Business Administration or related field.
  • 10–15 years of progressive HR experience with at least 3 years in a business partner or talent management role in any pharma/ biopharma company.
  • Strong knowledge of HR practices talent development frameworks and performance management systems.
  • Excellent stakeholder management communication and influencing skills.
  • Experience in pharma/biotech or regulated industries preferred (adaptable to your context).
