Job Description
The Manager HR Business Partner is responsible for the effective implementation of HR policies processes and programs for the West Region. Reporting to one of the Lead HRBP the role focuses on operational HRBP delivery across the employee lifecycle ensuring consistency and timely execution of HR initiatives in alignment with approved frameworks and organizational requirements.
Role and Responsibilities
- Manage effective on boarding and induction for all new joiners.
- Track the learning needs for the region and deploy the suitable programs to build capabilities at organizational functional and individual level in coordination with L&D.
- Provide HR Business partnership to deliver and program manage HR services around Performance Management Internal Mobility D&I Talent Management Engagement and Exit management.
- Develop Employee engagement agenda for the region along with planning and executing employee wellness activities.
- Own establishment matters related HR compliance matters including handling disciplinary issues.
- Ensure administrative issues are managed and minimum standards of facilities are provided to employees.
- Responsible for Mobilization and De-mobilization of resources for the projects in the West region.
- Prepare different HR reports on hiring attrition training employee engagement employee query/issue resolution etc. on monthly/quarterly/yearly basis as applicable
Qualifications :
MBA / Masters degree in Human Resources or a related discipline with a minimum of 8 years of overall experience in the HR function. Preference will be given to candidates with prior experience in the Civil Infrastructure Engineering or Power industry sectors.
Additional Information :
Working knowledge of multiple human resource disciplines including payroll compliance HR Operations Diversity and performance management.
Ability to comprehend interpret and apply the appropriate sections of applicable laws guidelines Regulations and policies.
