本ポジションはElectronics & IT Solutionsという商品群総合家電を主に扱う既存の販売事業者を担当しますStrategic Account Managementでは特にチームが戦略的に定めた100社前後に対しカスタマイズされた販売促進計画を提案し重点的にサポートします

We are looking for an Account Manager to help us build and lead a business development / growing Sales of Selling Partners on Amazon JP Marketplace. The role is focused on working with Existing Sellers in Japan who sell product family called Electronics & IT particular Strategic Account Manager proposes customized sales growth plans for around 50 sellers strategically identified by the team and concentrates on supporting them.

- 販売事業者の売上拡大に寄与するさまざまな機能を提案する具体的にはFBAフルフィルメント by Amazonの利用商品拡大タイムセールクーポン広告E&ITS特有のプログラムなど
- 顧客の情報を分析し担当する販売事業者への提案に生かしたり隠れたビジネスチャンスを明らかにしたりする
- 販売事業者の意見要望を集め社内関連部署にフィードバックする時にはサービスプロセスツールの改善に取り組む
- マネジメントチームに対するレポート作成

- Identifying qualifying and engaging with prospective Selling Partners based on a clear understanding of our Selling Partners and their needs.
- Convince sellers to adopt various features to increase their sales. e.g. Deals Coupons Fulfillment by Amazon Advertisement E&ITS specific programs etc.
- Gather feedback from Sellers and escalate them to relevant departments. Sometimes take part in improving services process and tools.
- Write reports for management teams

- Experience with computer skills including proficiency in MS Office (Word Excel PowerPoint)
- Speak write and read fluently in Japanese

- 職務経験法人営業アカウントマネジメントビジネスコンサルティングインサイドセールスマーケティングなどの実務経験4年以上
- Experience in Account Management Sales Vendor Management Business Development E-Commerce Retail Consulting Business-to-Business (B2B) Sales Operations or Shared Service Operations
- Knowledge of basic SQL queries
