主な業務責任役割:
広告営業として一定数以上の広告主に対し迅速さと効率性をもって優れた広告提案およびカスタマーサービスを提供します
新規広告主の開拓や新たなビジネス開発を推進します
既存の広告主からの広告収益を維持し成長させます
Sales CRMツールを利用して関連するすべてのアカウント情報と販売の進捗状況をトラックし四半期ごとの営業目標を達成するための予測と優先順位付けを行います
メールやセミナーを通し広告主に対して定期的な広告商品に関する情報発信をします
多様なツールを駆使した分析やグローバルのベストプラクティスなどを自ら積極的に採用しスケーラビリティを持った営業活動を推進します
Amazon continues to grow its advertising business offering highly relevant digital ad solutions with the goal of helping our customers find and discover anything they want to buy. We help advertisers reach Amazon customers on the Amazon owned and operated sites on other high-quality digital properties and on millions of tablets and mobile devices. We start with the customer and work backwards in everything we do including advertising. If youre interested in joining a rapidly growing team who is working to build a unique world-class advertising group with a relentless focus on the customer then youve come to the right place. As a strong experienced Sales Executive you will be responsible for leveraging Amazons world-class personalization technologies to drive both performance and display advertising sales across multiple platforms to small to medium sized advertisers retaining and growing revenue from existing advertisers and prospecting to acquire new clients. You will work with advertisers from various verticals such as Consumer Electronic Life & leisure Consumables Apparels etc. You will have the opportunity to work with the local and global sales organizations product team and internal retail stakeholders. Along with the teams growth you will have future opportunities to evolve in different departments and build your career in digital advertising.

GGSはグローバルな組織で担当するのは成長過程にあるミッドマーケットの広告主ですAmazon Adsでの取引が一定額以上ある広告主様から広告の活用余地が大きい広告主様取引額や関係性も異なる中商談や電話メールやウェビナーなど適切な手段を用いて営業活動を行っているのが特徴です次々と行われる新規機能の追加や改善などをスピード感を持ってキャッチアップし広告主の課題に合った使い方や組み合わせの提案およびパフォーマンスデータに基づいたコンサルティングや最適化のためのサポートを行っているチームです
- 4年制大学での学士号または同等の経験
- 2年以上の営業経験
- 広告主媒体社広告代理店コンサルティング会社での実務経験
- E-commerceまたはdigital adsに関わった実務経験
- データ作成や解釈データを活用したビジネスの経験
- ネイティブレベルの日本語力
- ビジネスレベル読み書きの英語力
- Office 365 Salesforceおよび類似するオンラインツールを使用した実務経験
- クロスファンクショナルチームとの協業経験
- プロジェクトをリードした経験とスキル
- オーナーシップ自立性スピード感を持った行動力
