Job Summary
Hiring: W2 Candidates Only
Visa: Open to any visa type with valid work authorization in the USA
Key Responsibilities
-
Lead full lifecycle Workday implementation and upgrade projects.

Define project scope goals deliverables and success criteria.

Develop and manage project plans timelines budgets and resource allocation.

Coordinate with cross-functional teams including HR Finance IT and external vendors.

Manage Workday modules such as HCM Payroll Benefits Talent or Financials.
-
Ensure data migration integrations and system configurations are completed successfully.
-
Identify risks develop mitigation plans and resolve project issues.
-
Facilitate workshops stakeholder meetings and status reporting.
-
Ensure compliance with security audit and governance standards.
-
Provide post-implementation support and continuous improvement recommendations.
Required Qualifications
-
Bachelors degree in Business Information Technology HR Finance or related field.
-
5 years of project management experience including 2 years in Workday implementations.
-
Strong knowledge of Workday HCM and/or Workday Financials modules.

Experience managing system integrations and data conversion projects.
-
Proficiency in project management methodologies (Agile Waterfall or Hybrid).

Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
-
Experience with project management tools (MS Project Jira etc.).
Preferred Qualifications

Workday certification (HCM Financials or related modules).

PMP PRINCE2 or Agile certification.
-
Experience working with global or multi-country implementations.

Familiarity with cloud-based ERP systems.
