Role:Senior Project Manager

About the role:
Working with our client a leading globalinnovation companytheSeniorProject Managerwill head up a team of5Resourcesandleadour senior clientprojects from concept tocompletion providingthe direction and controlto do this.Reporting to theProgrammeDirector the Senior PM willbe requiredto build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external clientsandis thekey communicator onthe statusrisksandchallengesofallthe project deliverables inclusive of budget and resource.
What you will be doing:
- Managing projectsfrom beginning to endwith clear communication to clients on a regular basis on milestones targetsgoalsand deadlines
- Work in true collaboration withclientsandbe responsiblefora seamless successful project and product as the outcome
- Working as part of a team to win new business
- Leading the project management team to ensure seamless processes efficiencies and ways of working are implemented
- Develop existing client relationships as part of the business pipeline
- Working alongsideinternal and external teams
- Planningsocial campaigns anddigital projects from theinitialstages through to final delivery
- Acting as the lead contact for clients during projectsalongside theProgramme Director
- Continuously assessing working methods and processes and making recommendations for improvement therewill be new processes to put inplaceand the Senior Project Manager role will be instrumental in this
- Reviewing project resources and providing an analysis on whether they meet the demands of the project
- Ensuring key Service Level Agreements are metby all parties involved
- Overseeing the projects financial budget notifying stakeholders of key cost implications changes to budgetspendingand cost changes.
- Being an OMG super usertraining internalteamand clients
What you need to be great in this role:
- Excellent client engagement skills with the ability to proactively organise and influence clients and build strong and effective working relationships
- Exceptional project management skills to be the product owner working with the clients
- Overall responsibility for the successful initiation of the project planandexecution with stakeholdersmonitoringprogress controlling deadlines and closure of theproject
- The ability to developandput forward the best process in tacklingdata gathering and storing
- The ability to host clearefficientand productive project meetingsfor differing stages of the project from kick off discovery and so on using a projectmethodology
- Great communicationskillsthat are tailored for the recipients
- The ability to manage andmentorjunior team members
- A clear understanding of all IIG group products and how to utilise this knowledge to the accounts advantage.
- Understanding of how to integrate with a client-side team whilstmaintaininga top tier agency service.
- Proficientin Microsoft Office and other related software.
- At the time of thisposting the base salary for this position may range from$89250.00 to $99750.00 USD.Individual compensation varies based onjob relatedfactors including location business needs level of responsibility experience and qualifications. The range listed is just onecomponentof OLIVERs total compensation package.
