This is a full-time position with a consistent schedule of Monday through Friday 7 AM to 4 PM.
As our Residential Home Construction Project Manager youll lead the charge in transforming blueprints into beautiful homes. A typical day involves supervising on-site operations coordinating schedules using software like Buildertrend and ensuring every detail meets the highest quality standards. Youll collaborate with subcontractors vendors and your team to overcome challenges and deliver projects on time and within budget. From start to finish youll play a pivotal role in every phase of construction ensuring client satisfaction and exceptional results.
To do this were looking for someone who meets the following qualifications:
- Expertise in Buildertrend construction software
- Ability to provide references
Residing within 30 minutes of the office is preferred.
