Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

Perform financial due diligence and prepare Quality of Earnings (QoE) reports
Analyze financial and operational data to identify key trends risks and opportunities
Develop detailed financial models and analysis to support acquisition and financing decisions
Identify accounting issues and recommend post-acquisition considerations
Collaborate with cross-functional teams under US-based project leadership
Participate in internal discussions to gather and evaluate relevant financial data

Basic Qualifications

Bachelors or Masters degree in Accounting Finance or Business
CA or CFA preferred
3 years of post-qualification experience in Transaction Advisory Services
Strong knowledge of US GAAP
