Job Summary
We are looking for a Senior UX Researcher with 5 8 years of experience to lead strategic research initiatives for professional photographers and videographers across multiple domains including Wedding Wildlife Cinema Portrait Sports Product and Commercial photography.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning and executing end-to-end research studies synthesizing insights and translating findings into actionable UX recommendations. The role requires strong expertise in qualitative and quantitative research methods stakeholder collaboration and strategic thinking.
Key Responsibilities:

Conduct in-depth user research to understand workflows challenges and behavioral patterns.

Create research artifacts such as personas journey maps and insight reports.

Identify usability gaps and define problem statements.

Present structured insights and recommendations to cross-functional teams.

Contribute to UX strategy and product innovation initiatives.

The candidate should have strong communication skills analytical thinking and the ability to drive research independently in a fast-paced environment
