Job Summary
This is a remote position.
- Develop and manage content calendars across Instagram Facebook LinkedIn TikTok and YouTube
- Create posts with strategic captions hashtags and trending audio
- Monitor engagement respond to audience comments and track analytics for growth
- Run basic paid ad campaigns on Facebook and Instagram
- Design high-quality visuals for brand promotions and digital campaigns
- Create user-friendly landing pages email templates and forms using Figma or Adobe XD
- Ensure consistent and modern brand visuals across all channels
- Edit video tours Reels testimonials and branded content
- Apply branding elements subtitles transitions and visual effects
- Optimize content for mobile and desktop viewing
- Conduct research on social media trends competitor strategies and audience preferences
- Provide actionable insights to enhance digital marketing strategies
- Track emerging trends in the fashion industry
- Recommend new tools platforms or strategies to increase brand visibility
Requirements
- Degree in Digital Marketing Multimedia Marketing Research or related field
- Prior experience in the fashion industry is an advantage
- Familiarity with AI tools video or design tools is mandatory
- 3 years of experience in digital marketing content creation design and marketing research
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite or Canva Pro
- Meta Business Suite or equivalent tools
- Skilled in short-form video editing for TikTok/Reels
- (Bonus) Familiarity with Mailchimp ConvertKit or email marketing platforms
- Excellent written and spoken English
- Highly creative detail-oriented and analytical
- Self-starter with ability to work independently and deliver high-quality results
- Ability to work remotely during Mountain Time hours
- Passion for fashion branding and data-driven marketing
