Role Summary
The Digital Sales & Marketing Officer is responsible for driving online sales growth website conversions social media visibility and e-commerce performance. This role manages digital sales channels supports content creation coordinates campaigns and ensures optimal online customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities
Digital Sales & E-commerce
Manage online sales channels including websites and e-commerce platforms.
Drive online orders monitor conversions and optimize sales funnels.
Track daily transactions follow-ups and order fulfillment.
Social Media & Marketing
Manage company social media accounts (Instagram Facebook) to increase visibility and engagement.
Create schedule and coordinate content in collaboration with marketing.
Monitor social media analytics to improve engagement and campaign performance.
Customer Engagement
Respond to online inquiries promptly and professionally.
Maintain strong online customer relationships and improve retention.
Reporting & Analysis
Prepare weekly reports on website sales social media metrics and digital campaigns.
Provide insights and recommendations to management to improve online sales and visibility.
Minimum of OND Certificate
13 years experience in digital sales social media management or e-commerce
Tech-savvy: CRM social media platforms and online sales tools
Strong communication coordination and customer service skills
Analytical mindset with ability to track performance and optimize results
