You will be a pivotal strategic partner responsible for taking the company from 0 to 1 executing go-to-market strategy refining brand identity and owning strategic initiatives across performance marketing product marketing content community engagement events activations and partnerships. Your Responsibilities

- You will shape the effort to take the company from 0 to 1 through brand development user acquisition and engagement.
- You will align mission vision and strategic objectives with a deep understanding of core user personas ensuring that all internal and external communications align with brand essence add value to clients and drive inbound traffic towards profitable business action.
- You will design and execute go-to-market strategy focusing on rapid user acquisition and brand visibility.
- You will own the growth funnel analyzing metrics to optimize conversion rates customer retention and overall ROI.
- You will continuously collect data about different customer segments and personas leveraging extensive research and analysis to devise strategies to acquire retain and engage users.
Brand and amp; Performance Marketing
- You will lead the marketing department providing strategic direction for product marketing content creation and community engagement.
- You will lead data-driven marketing campaigns evaluating performance metrics and leveraging analytics to optimize ROI.
- You will develop and coordinate promotional campaigns PR and other multi-channel marketing efforts.
- You will act as the guardian of brand integrity ensuring communication is consistent professional and inspiring across all platforms.
- You will select appropriate tools that facilitate execution of content strategies and data-driven marketing across planning publication and analytics.
Product-Led Growth and amp; Community Engagement
- You will develop strategies for product-led growth in collaboration with product teams to facilitate action reduce churn and drive growth of core metrics users active users deposits commission and revenue.
- You will develop creative ideas on how to engage the audience online and offline organizing various initiatives to cultivate and grow engagement within the community.
Partnerships and amp; Market Intelligence
- You will identify and secure key partnerships that accelerate credibility and reach within the fintech ecosystem.
- You will keep up to date with market developments and analyze consumer insights as well as competitor strategies reporting on these monthly.
Leadership and amp; Team Building
- You will mentor and guide a team of product marketers designers and content creators to deliver cohesive high-impact campaigns.
- You will recruit a high-performing team to help achieve strategic objectives.
- You will make note of and advocate for all necessary resources - humans tools finances as appropriate to growing your team to advance the companys mission and efficiently accomplish objectives.

- You will prepare and execute quarterly and monthly growth strategy plans.
- You will prepare monthly reports detailing actions metrics insights and market landscape.

- Achieve a 20% month-on-month growth in new user sign-ups through optimized marketing channels.
- Implement engagement strategies that maintain a high retention rate for newly acquired enterprise and individual users.
