What Will You Do::
- Handle inbound customer calls chats and email related to mobile services
- Assist customers with inquiries on plans reloads promotions account status and general service support
- Resolve customer issues efficiently while maintaining professionalism
- Escalate complex cases to the relevant department when necessary
- Accurately update customer information and case details in the system
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through quality service delivery
- Perform administrative tasks as assigned
What Makes You A Good Fit:
- Minimum SPM qualification or equivalent
- Open to fresh graduates and candidates with customer support experience
- Good communication skills in Malay and English
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Willing to work on a rotational shift (no night shift is required)
