What this role is all about

As a Midmarket Account Executive youll drive new business within our SMB / Tier 2 segment reporting directly to the Chapter Lead. Youll work a defined list of target accounts selling Infobips products and services and proactively recommending solutions that support customers growth. Youll collaborate closely with internal stakeholders and partners to win new logos grow revenue and keep our CRM up to date so the team has clear visibility into your pipeline and progress.

What youll do

  • Qualify inbound and outbound leads within the midmarket / SMB segment and drive them through to successful closure.

  • Sell a defined subset of Infobip products and services directly or via partners to a targeted list of Tier 2 accounts in your squad or territory.

  • Engage internal specialists when needed (e.g. solutions product partners) to shape compelling solutions and support complex deals.

  • Develop solution proposals and valuebased pitches that address customer needs across the full application and usecase.

  • Manage your sales cycle through accurate forecasting account planning and requesting the right resources at the right time.

  • Lead the development presentation and negotiation of value propositions pricing and contractual terms to close new business.

  • Collaborate with Midmarket Account Managers to maintain strong client relationships crosssell where relevant and support complex renegotiations.

What makes you a strong fit

  • At least 3 years of B2B sales experience preferably within the technology or SaaS/telecom sector.

  • A proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets particularly in new business acquisition.

  • Demonstrated ability to penetrate small and midsize enterprises build relationships and engage multiple stakeholders within an account.

  • A strong team player with excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work crossfunctionally.

  • Clear confident communication negotiation and closing skills with both prospects and existing customers.

  • Comfortable working with CRM tools to manage your pipeline forecast accurately and keep account information up to date.

  • Fluent in English both written and spoken.
