Your role with us:
Youll execute high-impact SEO initiatives from keyword research performance analysis to content deployment and beyond. Youll support link acquisition campaigns partner cross-functionally across CRM Product and Acquisition and contribute to technical improvements that drive measurable search growth.

Please Note: We believe in the value of in-person collaboration! This is a full-time on-site role at our Melbourne CBD office where youll work closely with our dynamic team to drive innovation and growth.

What you will do:

• Execute on-page and off-page SEO initiatives including deploying optimised content via CMS platforms (Sanity & TG Labs) and briefing third-party providers to achieve strong SEO outcomes
• Conduct keyword research analyse search performance and identify interlinking opportunities to continuously improve visibility
• Support technical SEO audits and optimise site structure speed and crawlability including ad-hoc technical and content updates
• Assist with link acquisition campaigns by liaising with vendors monitoring link quality tracking budgets and reporting on performance impact
• Collaborate cross-functionally with CRM Acquisition Product Content and PR teams to ensure aligned technical content and digital strategies
• Stay up to date with the latest SEO and link acquisition trends strategies and best practices

What you will bring:

• Tertiary qualifications or degree in Business Marketing or other related discipline
• 1-2 years experience in similar role

Bonus points if you also have:

• A background or understanding in Search Engine Optimisation or PPC
• Experience with SEO Tooling such as Ahrefs/SEMRush/Google Search Console
• Sports gambling and cryptocurrency knowledge
• Proficient with Google Suite (Drive Spreadsheets Docs) Slack Jira
