Job Summary

Position - CSR Fundraising & Business Development

Reports to - CSR Head

Location - Andheri Mumbai

JOB PURPOSE: To secure and manage corporate partnerships and driving business development to support impactful social initiatives.

Principle Responsibilities:

• Corporate Relationship Management: Building and maintaining strong relationships with key decision-makers at large accounts and partner

organizations.

• Business Development & Sales Strategy: Identifying new opportunities expanding client/donor base and developing strategies to achieve revenue targets.

• Proposal & Bid Documentation: Expertise in developing and preparing comprehensive Memoranda of Understanding (MOUs) detailed financial documents/budgets and compelling Requests for Proposals (RFPs).

• Donor Stewardship & Reporting: Managing effective donor engagement serving as the primary point of contact generating timely and accurate narrative and financial reports and ensuring compliance.

• Financial Management: Managing program and partnership budgets allocating funds and preparing financial reports.

• Stakeholder Engagement: Coordinating with donors partners government agencies and internal teams to ensure smooth program execution and buy-in.
