We are looking for a Business Operations Executive to work closely with the Director and take ownership of the day-to-day operational detail that keeps the business running smoothly.
This is a hands-on role focused on organization follow-through and forward planning.
What the role is responsible for
- Tracking contracts renewals licenses suppliers and key dates
- Making sure renewals and follow-ups are identified well in advance not at the last minute
- Maintaining clear records so nothing relies on memory or informal notes
Supporting sales and renewals
- Preparing information ahead of customer renewals and reviews
- Making sure customers receive clear timely updates especially when everything is running well
- Supporting the Director with preparation so meetings and pitches are structured and effective
Decision support (not just escalation)
When issues arise you will:
- Prepare clear options with a recommendation
- Escalate with context not just questions
- Progress sensible next steps if the Director is unavailable keeping everything visible
- This role is about reducing interruptions and noise not creating more of them.
Structure in a fast-moving environment
- Helping build simple practical processes that support the business
- Keeping organization and visibility when priorities change
- Improving how information is tracked and shared over time
Preparing meeting notes follow-ups and action lists
Tracking agreed actions and making sure they are completed
Acting as an operational point of continuity when the Director is dealing with technical issues or customer escalations
- Not a project manager waiting for instructions
- Not a role where everything is escalated for approval
- Not a corporate or heavily bureaucratic environment

Experience & skills
- Minimum 4 years of Experience in business operations executive support coordination or a similar role.
- Strong organisational and follow-through skills
- Confident written and verbal communication
- Comfortable working closely with senior leadership
- Familiarity with spreadsheets trackers and business systems Judgement ownership and reliability are more important than formal qualifications.
