Job Summary

Duties & Responsibilities

Our client a food distribution facility based in Montague Gardens is seeking a Marketing Coordinator to support the planning execution and monitoring of marketing activities and campaigns ensuring brand consistency and effective communication across all channels.

KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS

Assist in planning and coordinating marketing campaigns and promotions
Manage marketing calendars deadlines and campaign timelines
Coordinate content for social media email marketing websites and print materials
Liaise with designers printers suppliers and external agencies
Maintain brand consistency across all marketing materials
Track campaign performance and compile basic marketing reports
Assist with events exhibitions and promotional activities
Update and maintain customer databases and marketing records
Support the Marketing Manager with administrative and operational tasks

REQUIREMENTS

Diploma or Degree in Marketing Communications or a related field
13 years experience in a marketing or coordination role
Strong organisational and time-management skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in MS Office (Word Excel PowerPoint)
Basic knowledge of social media platforms and digital marketing tools
Experience with design tools (e.g. Canva Adobe)
Knowledge of email marketing platforms
Basic understanding of analytics and reporting

SALARY

R16 000 R18 000
