As Membership Director you will be the key driver of new member acquisition identifying opportunities securing high-value relationships and ensuring that every interaction reflects our premium positioning in the market. This is a role for a confident strategic sales professional who thrives in building trust with executive decision-makers and closing business at the highest level.
Youll combine a sharp commercial mindset with a genuine ability to connect influence and deliver results. Youll be backed by a respected international brand a clear value proposition and a collaborative team but the drive and success will come from you.
What Youll Do
- Proactively source and convert new members through strategic outreach networking and targeted business development initiatives
- Build and maintain influential relationships with CEOs senior executives and key decision-makers
- Leverage market insights to shape compelling membership growth strategies
- Represent The CEO Institute at events industry forums and networking opportunities
- Collaborate with the national leadership team to meet and exceed growth targets
Qualifications :
About You
- A proven track record of exceeding sales and business development targets ideally within industries such as member organisations professional development professional services or executive recruitment
- Highly skilled in engaging influencing and closing business with senior leaders at Executive/C-suite level
- Strategic thinker with strong commercial acumen and the ability to spot opportunities others miss
- Comfortable working autonomously with the energy and discipline to deliver consistently strong results
- Professional confident and credible with a mature approach to relationship management
- Experience with CRM systems (HubSpot highly regarded)
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and events
