Job Summary
- Crush sales targets and increase market share in your assigned territory.
- Collaborate with the Target Market Manager on key customers and special projects.
- Conduct product demonstrations assist with field trials and provide technical support to customers.
- Identify new business opportunities in construction markets and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Represent Sika at trade events and monitor competitor activities.
- Master Sikas product line sales policies and Salesforce CRM for efficient customer interaction tracking.
- Provide after-sales service including product updates and complaint resolution.
- Report to the Target Market Manager on forecasts expenses and monthly performance.
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge through ongoing training and development.
Qualifications :
- Proven experience in technical sales preferably in construction markets
- Strong customer relationship and negotiation skills
- Analytical and organized with the ability to work autonomously and in a team
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Salesforce.
