Job Summary

  • Crush sales targets and increase market share in your assigned territory.
  • Collaborate with the Target Market Manager on key customers and special projects.
  • Conduct product demonstrations assist with field trials and provide technical support to customers.
  • Identify new business opportunities in construction markets and maintain strong customer relationships.
  • Represent Sika at trade events and monitor competitor activities.
  • Master Sikas product line sales policies and Salesforce CRM for efficient customer interaction tracking.
  • Provide after-sales service including product updates and complaint resolution.
  • Report to the Target Market Manager on forecasts expenses and monthly performance.
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge through ongoing training and development.

Qualifications :

  • Proven experience in technical sales preferably in construction markets
  • Strong customer relationship and negotiation skills
  • Analytical and organized with the ability to work autonomously and in a team
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Salesforce.
