A dynamic and growing construction and property company based in JHB North is seeking a highly competent and detail-oriented Qualified SAIPA Accountant to join our team.

Duties & Responsibilities

This role is ideal for a hands-on accounting professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is comfortable managing multiple entities independently.

Key Responsibilities
You will be responsible for five small entities performing the full accounting function including:

Processing and capturing all financial transactions
Reconciling bank accounts creditors debtors and general ledger accounts
Preparing accurate and timely monthly management accounts
Maintaining complete and compliant financial records
Ensuring statutory compliance and supporting audit requirements
Assisting with cash flow management and financial reporting

Minimum Requirements

Qualified SAIPA Accountant (essential)
Solid experience in construction and/or property industry (advantageous)
Strong working knowledge of Pastel Accounting
Proven ability to manage multiple entities independently
Excellent reconciliation and reporting skills
Strong attention to detail and deadline-driven
