Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee divisional financial reporting and ensure accuracy and compliance
- Assist with group consolidations and reporting requirements
- Prepare and review management reports and financial statements
- Drive budgeting forecasting and variance analysis processes
- Partner with operational teams to provide financial insights
- Ensure strong internal controls and support audit processes
Education:
- CA(SA)
- 3 5 years post-qualification experience
- Must have exposure to a group environment (non-negotiable)
- Strong experience in financial reporting and consolidations
- Strong technical and analytical ability
- Ability to operate in a structured reporting-driven environment
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills
- High attention to detail with a proactive approach
