Are you passionate about public relations and looking to kick-start your career in a fast-paced agency environment we are looking for an Account Coordinator to join our team! This entry-level role is perfect for someone eager to learn grow and support exciting PR campaigns for a variety of clients.
What Youll Do:
- Assist in executing PR strategies by conducting industry and competitor research.
- Build and maintain media lists and track media coverage.
- Prepare meeting agendas action items and detailed call notes.
- Support client accounts by helping to develop pitches award submissions and reports.
- Attend client calls actively listen and collaborate with your team.
- Engage with clients on social media and maintain professional relationships.
- Provide updates and contribute to team meetings.
What Were Looking For:
- Bachelors degree in Public Relations Communications Journalism or a related field.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.
- A proactive detail-oriented and eager-to-learn mindset.
- Familiarity with social media platforms and PR tools is a plus!
