Job Summary
POSITION OVERVIEW
Perform the functions necessary to provide purchasing and administrative duties for maintenance and facilities utilizing personal analytical comprehensive mathematical verbal and keyboard skills. Interfacing with all stake holders internally and externally with professionalism and urgency.
JOB DESCRIPTION (Key Responsibilities)
- Intake purchasing needs and place orders daily for department determining priorities based on production plan and plant priorities.
- Track and follow-up on order status to ensure timely delivery.
- Enter requisitions and track Purchase Orders through completion.
- Daily on floor walk-through to verify material delivery to stock
- May have to meet the public and present a good image of the company.
- Knowledge of basic mathematics is required. May be required to evaluate data and discern trends within the information.
- Must be able to analyze and input data quickly via keyboard.
- May be in either the plant or office atmosphere.
- Follow Regal Rexnord Core Values and EHS requirements.
- Adhere to all Export Import and Supply Chain Security Policy requirements relevant to the position
- Follow State and Federal Environmental Compliance Programs
- Adhere to ISO 9000 Standards
