We are looking for a high-ownership outcome-driven Business Development & Growth Manager to lead growth and P&L for Lemonns equity broking business. The candidate will own growth strategy customer metrics and profitability while working cross-functionally across product marketing and finance. The ideal candidate combines sharp analytical thinking with strong market intuition and a deep understanding of financial markets and equity instruments.
What You Will Do:
- Own the P&L for the equity broking business with clear accountability for revenue costs and profitability
Define design and execute high-impact marketing and CRM strategies to drive acquisition activation and retentions - Analyze user behavior market data and industry trends to unlock growth opportunities
Improve platform adoption engagement and wallet share among existing users - Identify and execute strategic growth levers across pricing product positioning partnerships and distribution
Lead competitive intelligence to ensure Lemonn stays ahead of market shifts - Own and improve key business and customer metrics (CAC LTV activation retention ARPU etc.)
- Partner with product teams to build industry-defining features and introduce new categories and capabilities
- Collaborate with finance to sharpen value propositions and optimize unit economics
- Build and nurture community-led initiatives to strengthen brand trust and user feedback loops
- Work closely with leadership and cross-functional teams to drive strategic initiatives
What You Should Have:
- 6 years of proven experience in owning product categories in fast paced startups
- Proven track record of driving revenue growth and improving profitability
- Hands-on experience managing or influencing P&L
- Deep analytical capabilities with the ability to translate data into strategic decisions
- Strong understanding of fintech equity markets and brokerage business models
- Experience working cross-functionally across product marketing finance and operations
- High ownership mindset with the ability to operate in ambiguity
- Strong leadership presence and stakeholder management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
