• Receive and process new sales contracts from the Sales Department
  
  
• Accurately enter and maintain customer data in Window Worlds CRM system and QuickBooks
  
  
• Schedule customer measurement appointments via phone and text
  
  
• Process customer payments and record transactions in CRM and QuickBooks
  
  
• Manage accounts receivable and follow up on outstanding balances
  
  
• Provide additional administrative support as needed
  
  

• Friendly and professional demeanor with a positive energetic attitude
  
  
• Proven customer service experience
  
  
• Data entry experience preferred
