What youll do

• Monthly Payroll Review and Payouts and related statutory payments
• Review of Vendors and other payments and upload of the same in Bank portal
• Knowledge of and experience in handling all Direct and Indirect Tax matters.
• Inputs for valuation of ESOP / RSU / Gratuity and liaising with external valuers.
• Oversight of Bank and other day-to-day transactions and analysis and reconciliations
• Compliance with RBI / FEMA requirements and returns as required
• Accounting and Control of Corporate Assets
• Periodic Reports required by the management.

Elegibility and Required Skills

• 7 to 10 years of post qualification experience (CA Inter/Final) preferably in a software company.
• Hands on Experience in preparation of financials as per Ind AS Consolidated and Standalone.
• Expertise in Oracle NetSuite Accounting System
• Hands on experience in preparation of financials as per Indian GAAP.
• Analytical mindset for BS reviews; board/investor reporting exposure
• Excellent communication and presentation skills are a must.
• Strong executive presence with the ability to influence stakeholders.
• Demonstrated team management experience.
• Ability to operate hands-on in a fast-paced global high-growth environment.
